Every owner can select works by their favorite artist, so the villa may reflect not only Michelangelo’s legacy but also that of other artistic icons. I believe a residence should be both functional and capable of delivering a profound aesthetic experience.”
Who is your target clientele? Who do you envision being drawn to your villas?

This project is primarily tailored for clients who seek uniqueness. Each home, imbued with the essence of a chosen artist, is an original in its own right. At the same time, we’re redefining luxury. Our notion of exclusivity operates on three levels. First, through a discreet and highly personalized approach to each client. Second, through meticulous selection of top-tier materials and the application of state-of-the-art construction technologies, which allow us to complete a villa in under five months. And third, through crafting an authentic lifestyle that makes every day feel like an endless holiday.”

“Above all, we bring decades of experience. We have been operating in the premium residential sector for over twenty years, having completed hundreds of projects and interiors throughout the European Union. While we work in international environments, we always respect the cultural specifics of the countries in which we build. We provide end-to-end services for the design and production of exclusive Mediterranean-style homes. Clients are fully involved in the process from the very beginning. Future owners actively participate in shaping their home, from the initial meeting through to layout and design customization. “Our greatest asset is flexibility. Thanks to prefabricated sections and a modular structure, we can adjust room numbers and floor plans according to the client’s needs. Our model villa, Michelangelo, offers a generous 162 square meters of usable space, including 47 square meters of covered terraces. It features three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The house is fully equipped and furnished, offering ample space and privacy for large families or visiting guests. All villa systems are managed via advanced home automation, covering air conditioning, security, heating, photovoltaics, and air recuperation. The façade is clad in pristine white Corian blocks—a durable, exclusive material that’s also easy to maintain. The villa’s windows are designed with concealed frames to preserve spatial integrity. Every architectural detail is harmonized to create a sleek, functional, and cohesive environment, significantly simplifying cleaning and maintenance. The villa achieves the highest energy efficiency rating: A0.”

“The process is straightforward. A client contacts us, and we schedule an initial consultation to present all options and configurations. We then conduct a site visit, sign the contract, and prepare all necessary documentation for permits. The villa can be delivered anywhere within the EU. Thanks to its compact yet robust construction, it can even be installed on challenging terrain. We manage transportation and assembly using trailers, cranes, or helicopters. The final step is connecting the villa to the existing infrastructure. The entire production process takes no more than six months. At the end of the journey, the owners can immerse themselves in the refined, artful Mediterranean lifestyle.”
