The villa combines the most modern elements of living with fragments of Renaissance art. The Spanish company oleeee offers exclusive living, thanks to which your life will turn into a never-ending vacation. The villa includes several artistic fragments, allowing you to express your relationship towards art.
Uniqueness in every aspect
The Michelangelo villa is designed in a Mediterranean style. Thanks to prefabricated sections, it offers design versatility. The sections can be combined and adapted to the individual requirements and needs of each client. The diversity of the villa also lies in the selection and use of artistic fragments that are part of the villa's interior and exterior.
The model villa works with the work of the Italian Renaissance artist Michelangelo Buonarroti. The front facade of the villa is thus dominated by a print of the iconic hand touch from the work "The Creation of Adam."
Clients can personalize the artistic fragments in terms of their size, placement, and quantity. The exclusivity of the villa lies in the fact that each owner can choose works by their favourite artist. Thus, the villa can reflect not only the work of Michelangelo but also that of Monet, Van Gogh, or Picasso.
Generous living space and innovative design
With advancements in construction technologies, increasingly innovative building materials and interior elements are available. This includes houses with eco-friendly features, smart home technologies, and creative use of space.

One of the most important aspects of the oIeeee villas is aim to connect the interior with exterior and use the glass in front of facade as a stained glass window with a work of art. We use high-end windows with concealed sashes to provide continuity and scale to spaces, and to invite the views and art to become a part of the room and at the same time to create the artistic identity of the villa.
The design of villa integrates all of the architectural elements, such as the distribution of furniture, lighting, fixtures, fittings and appliances, in such a way that everything is hidden and unified, which makes cleaning and maintenance all that much easier. Also, the installation distribution of the technical equipment of the villa is all built-in and easily accessible. interior wall surfaces can thus be used for art.
All of the systems of our villas can be controlled by means of home automation, which allows owner to control air conditioning, security, heating, photovoltaics and air recovery.
