The Spanish company oleeee is entering the European market with a unique living concept. Villa Michelangelo combines modern technologies with fragments of Renaissance art. The Mediterranean-style house will transform your living experience into a lifetime vacation. Chief architect and founder of the company, Ales Fibinger, revealed to us in an interview how the concept of this exclusive living space came to be and what the villa has to offer.
The real estate market in Europe is a highly competitive environment. To stand out, you must excel. How does your vision of modern living differ and what does it offer?
"My background is in architecture. I have dedicated my entire life to designing and realizing living spaces. Our company offers end-to-end services in the design and production of exclusive living spaces with artistic elements. The future owners of our villas actively participate in shaping them from the very first meetings. The final appearance and layout solutions can be fully tailored to the individual preferences of each client. Subsequently, we build the house and deliver it to clients anywhere in Europe.
Today, we are introducing a new vision of exclusivity to the market. We offer villas in Mediterranean style. Quality building materials and the latest solutions in terms of energy efficiency and maintenance are standard. However, at oleeee, we go further. Architecture is an art, and living can be art as well. Our villa offers the opportunity to reflect the artistic sensibilities of its owner. Individualism and personalization play an important role in today's world. Our project is primarily aimed at clients who crave uniqueness. Artistic elements and fragments are integrated into the front facade and selected parts of the interior. For our prototype, we drew inspiration from the works of the Renaissance artist Michelangelo. The villa ultimately carries his name. I believe that living spaces can be both functional and offer a strong aesthetic experience."
You represent a Spanish company, offering housing in Mediterranean style, which incorporates motifs of an Italian painter. You yourself are Slovak. How does it all come together?
"Art knows no boundaries. The beauty of art can be admired by everyone – regardless of geographical or temporal boundaries. Our villa will appeal to art enthusiasts, with its uniqueness and ability to communicate with its surroundings. Our vision is to connect modern living with art. When portraying artistic fragments on the front facade, we use glass itself as a canvas for any artistic motif. It then becomes a matter of the villa's future owner to choose whether they prefer classical art, the Renaissance, Art Nouveau, or modern art of the 20th century.
We can personalize the artistic fragments within the villa in terms of their size, placement, quantity and even within the interior. After years spent in Spain and collaborating with Spanish architects, we decided to bring and apply the knowledge of the beauty of the Mediterranean lifestyle through architecture to other corners of Europe. Through the construction of villas for our target clientele, after many experiences, we have come to produce a product - an exclusive Mediterranean villa that should primarily reflect their needs and individuality."
You mentioned that the Villa Michelangelo combines the old world of Renaissance art with modern technologies. What does the villa offer to its future owners?
"We manufacture and deliver exclusive Mediterranean villas for exceptional individuals who want to live as if on vacation. Each villa is a masterpiece. The living area of Villa Michelangelo is a generous 162 square meters, including 47 square meters of covered terraces. The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
We deliver the villas fully equipped and furnished with furniture. Corian blocks, a durable exclusive material with easy maintenance, are used on the house's facade. We use windows with hidden frames in the villa to maintain the integrity of the space. Comprehensive home automation is available in terms of technology. This takes care of air conditioning, security, heating, photovoltaic energy and air recovery within the villa."
If a client decides on your villa, what are the requirements for implementation? What steps will they go through from ordering to actual living?
"The process is similar to that of a traditional house, but much faster, more precise, and logistically planned. The client contacts us in the first step, then we arrange a meeting - either in person or online. During the meeting, we present all the options and variations that our villa offers to the client. The layout of the villa is very flexible and can perfectly adapt to the individual needs of each owner. We then conduct a site survey and evaluate the possibilities of placing the villa considering the orientation of the land, the terrain morphology, and access and connection to engineering networks. After calculating all the costs associated with delivering the villa, we negotiate the following steps and procedures. In the next phase, a contract is signed and documentation for obtaining the necessary permits is processed.
Our company then proceeds with the actual production, which is synchronized with the legislative actions required for permits, saving time. We prepare individual components in our production hall with the utmost precision and accuracy. After preparing all components, they are transported to the designated location. We can deliver the villa anywhere within the countries of the European Union where transportation infrastructure is available. Transportation and assembly are carried out using trailers, cranes, and if necessary, helicopters.
Villa Michelangelo is an extremely robust and compact structure with excellent static properties. Therefore, it can be installed in any challenging terrain, which is predominant in Spain. We prepare the engineering networks, foundation structures and site preparation. Our villa then easily connects to these prepared structures and networks. The production process takes no more than 5 months. From the first meeting with the client to their first night in the new villa, not even half a year will pass."
